How I set up my “Zone 2” and track it through Garmin Connect

Ok this is a very specific niche for those of you listening to Peter Attia or anyone else who talks about zone 2 training. This is something I recently figured out on my Fenix 7 and wanted to share. Many of you probably know this already.
If you don’t have your Lactate Threshold tested to set heart rate zones accordingly, the closest thing you can do is change the way zones are calculated on your garmin device. Just change the setting zones are based on from %Max.HR to %HRR. That will get you pretty close to that ambiguous “zone 2” they talk about.
Second tip, to easily track how much time you spend in zone 2 weekly, change the settings for your Intensity Minutes to reflect time spent in heart rate zones instead of “automatic” as set by garmin. Pick zone 2 to count as Moderate minutes and zone 5 as Vigorous. My total goal is 150mins a week and this set up has been working awesome and makes it super easy to track.
Also bonus tip, for all your usual activities on the watch you can add a data field that shows you how much time you spend in zone 2 specifically. It’s under Heart Rate section toward the bottom of the list.

Best way to watch "The Twilight zone" (original 1959 version) in belgium?

I've been wanting to watch the original Rod Sterling version of The Twilight zone for a while now (almost 2 years at this point), but I can't seem to find a way to watch it.
I know that Netflix has seasons 1, 2, 3, 5, but sadly these aren't available in belgium (same with CBS and prime video I think). There are workarounds (like using a VPS that isn't banned from using Netflix yet), but I would rather avoid this and stay 100% legal. Hence why I'd rather not use a turrent or a streaming site.
I've also looked at sites like bol.com or fnac.be for a DVD version but they're too expensive for me (almost 100 euro, but does include bonus material).
I was lucky to watch the first 5 episodes on YouTube in acceptable quality, but others get taken down faily quick.
Does anyone have any ideas?

Well you’re sol: streaming services in Belgium are utter crap, except the occasional Netflix gem. So you either do it like everyone does: crappy illegal steam or better quality torrent. Or you agree to pay a exuberant price for an outdated medium like dvd

I have already seen the 2002 and 2019 versions. Now what I want to know is should I watch the original 1959 version or 1985 version next? Which version has more episodes that differ from the 2002 version?

Where can I watch the both the original twilight zone and the recent twilight zone in canada? I got paramount+ but it only shows the 1st episode of the recent series and none of the original series.
